This Singapore Hello Kitty exclusive plastic file was produced in 2015 for Singapore’s 50th birthday.

On the cover there is an illustration of the Singapore Merlion with the Hello Kitty bow and on the back, there is the famous cat herself.

This is a brand new unused product but as with all plastic products, please give some leeway for minor scratches and smudges from the manufacturing or storage process.

Measures about 31cm by 22cm.
